Where do you ship?

Within the United States only. Orders ship within 5 to 8 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout. For a limited time, shipping is free on orders over $100. We ship with UPS to ensure your order arrives in high quality.

Does UFF! need to be refrigerated?

No. UFF! is shelf stable and ships at room temperature. It tastes best cold, so refrigerate on arrival.

Can I return UFF!?

Because UFF! is a food and beverage product, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened cans. See the Refund Policy in our Terms of Service.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order ships. Once a tracking number is generated, orders cannot be cancelled.

Tracking says delivered but I do not have it

Please check with neighbors, your mailroom, and the carrier. If it has not turned up within 3 days of the delivery scan, email us at hello@drinkuff.com.

Wrong address?

We cannot reroute a package after it ships. If it comes back to us, we will contact you to reship; a second shipping charge may apply.
